Climate Change is Real Act

This bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to reinstate the information about climate change that was removed from, or redacted on, the EPA's website during the period beginning on January 20, 2017, and ending on this bill's enactment. Further, the EPA must maintain and update information on climate change on its public website, including: (1) information acknowledging the impact of human activities on climate and the planet, (2) links to materials that assist local governments in preparing for rising temperatures and more severe storms and weather conditions, and (3) detailed information and descriptions of climate change risks.
