Tax Credit for Veterans and Retired Law Enforcement Officers for Securing Schools Act

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a $1,500 tax credit for veterans and retired law enforcement officers who are employed part-time by a local law enforcement agency to patrol one or more elementary or secondary schools or institutions of higher education.
