This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to conduct a study on the feasibility of expanding eligibility for enrollment in Medicare Advantage plans to individuals enrolled under a state Medicaid program or a group health plan.

HHS must submit a report to Congress on the study and must include an analysis on whether the expansion would: (1) increase access to health care for those individuals, and (2) lead to lower health care costs for those individuals.
