Demand the end of Assault in Refugee Camps Act or the D'ARC Act

This bill amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to require the annual human rights reports to include descriptions of the extent to which:

  • the government of a country is failing to address, reduce, or prosecute instances of sexual assault in refugee camps; and
  • the United States has taken or will take action to end such practices, including by training personnel to address the crime of sexual assault.
