Small Business Access to Capital After a Natural Disaster Act

(Sec. 2) This bill amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation within the Securities and Exchange Commission to report on issues encountered by small businesses affected by hurricanes or other natural disasters.
