Ensuring Diplomats' Safety Act

This bill directs the Department of State to recall all U.S. diplomats, including all U.S. members of the Foreign Service, who are posted at any embassy, consulate, mission, or other office in Cuba.

Such action shall expire at the conclusion of any U.S. law enforcement investigation relating to attacks on 17 U.S. diplomats. The State Department may thereafter assign U.S. members of the Foreign Service to a diplomatic post in Cuba.
