Broadband Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2017

This bill requires the Department of Commerce to establish a broadband infrastructure finance and innovation program to make available secured loans, loan guarantees, and lines of credit for projects to construct and deploy broadband infrastructure to provide or improve access to Internet service for consumers in certain areas and to specified entities.
