Creating Additional Residency Expansion Act or the CARE Act

This bill temporarily expands the Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education Program by requiring the Health Resources and Services Administration to make payments to additional teaching health centers, with priority given to centers that are located in counties with high Medicaid enrollment.
