Telehealth Enhancement Act of 2017

This bill (1) establishes Medicare payment incentives for hospitals that reduce readmissions; (2) provides for treatment, under Medicare, of individuals in health homes and medical homes; and (3) expands and otherwise revises coverage of telehealth services under the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
