Protecting Consumer Access to Vision Care Act of 2017

This bill amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to exclude premiums for limited scope vision benefits from health insurance premiums for purposes of the annual fee on health insurers, which is calculated based on an insurer's share of total nationwide health insurance premiums.
