Medicaid Bump Act of 2017

This bill amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to increase the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) to 90% with respect to increased state Medicaid program expenditures for mental and behavioral health services. In general, a state's FMAP may range from 50% to 83% under current law.
