Sanchez-Young Social Security Disability Insurance for the Terminally Ill Act

This bill eliminates the five-month waiting period, with respect to a terminally ill individual with a life expectancy of 12 months or less, for disability insurance benefits under the Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance program.
