Aquaculture Risk Reduction Act

This bill amends the Lacey Act Amendments of 1981 to revise prohibitions on the trade of protected, invasive, or nonnative fish or wildlife across state lines. Specifically, the bill allows a de minimis amount of such fish or wildlife to be included in interstate commercial shipments from aquaculture operations, unless the inclusion was knowing or intentional.
