Fair COLA for Seniors Act of 2017

This bill amends title II (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to, with respect to OASDI benefits: (1) apply a 3.9% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for the second half of 2017, and (2) revise the computation of COLAs to use the Consumer Price Index for Elderly Consumers.
