Pipeline Fairness and Transparency Act

Pipeline Fairness and Transparency Act

This bill amends the Natural Gas Act to address eminent domain, environmental review for interstate natural gas pipeline projects, and the environmental impacts of natural gas pipeline projects on national scenic trails.
