Freedom to Use Contracted Entities Act

This bill allows a state Medicaid program to use a contractor to make eligibility determinations on its behalf, so long as the contract does not provide incentives for the contractor to delay eligibility determinations or to deny eligibility for individuals otherwise eligible for medical assistance.
