State Medicaid Waiver Flexibility Act of 2017

This bill indefinitely extends a state's Medicaid managed care waiver if: (1) the waiver was in effect as of January 1, 2017, (2) the waiver's renewal has been approved at least twice, and (3) the waiver's terms or conditions remain unchanged.
