Declares that the Senate has heard with profound sorrow and deep regret the announcement of the death of the Honorable William L. Armstrong, former member of the U.S. Senate.
Declares that when the Senate adjourns on July 13, 2016, it stand adjourned as a further mark of respect to the memory of the former Senator.
