  • the address of 2630 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC, should be redesignated as "2630 Oswaldo Paya Way"; and
  • the General Services Administration should construct street signs that: (1) contain the phrase "Oswaldo Paya Way," and (2) should be placed on the parcel of federal property that is closest to "2630 Oswaldo Paya Way."
