Protecting Families Affected by Substance Abuse Act

This bill amends part B (Child and Family Services) of title IV of the Social Security Act to reauthorize for FY2017-FY2021 grants to assist children affected by methamphetamine, opioid, or other substance abuse under the promoting safe and stable families program.
