This bill prohibits federal funding of any affiliate, subsidiary, successor, or clinic of Planned Parenthood Federation of America that receives compensation for facilitating the donation of fetal tissue from an abortion.

Not later than 90 days after enactment of this Act, the Department of Justice must investigate whether Planned Parenthood Federation of America or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, or clinics has engaged in illegal activity pertaining to fetal tissue products.
