American Export Promotion Act of 2015

Authorizes appropriations for the Industry and Analysis unit of the International Trade Administration (ITA) of the Department of Commerce for the ITA's Market Development Cooperator Program.

Requires, in the use of such funds, a preference to be given to activities that will assist small- and medium-sized U.S. businesses and:

  • create or sustain the greatest number of jobs,
  • obtain the maximum return on investment,
  • increase U.S. exports to the Asia and Pacific region,
  • increase U.S. exports in services, or
  • address Department export priorities.
