Helping Schools Protect Our Children Act of 2015

This bill amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to include the training of school personnel to recognize child sexual abuse among the uses of grants to states and subgrants to local educational agencies and partnerships under the Teacher and Principal Training and Recruiting Fund program.
