Providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to H.R. 2029. Resolution makes in order a motion that the House concur in the Senate amendment with 2 House amendments. Each amendment is debatable for one hour. The resolution provides that the question shall be divided between the two House amendments. If only House amendment #2 is adopted, that amendment shall be engrossed as an amendment in the nature of a substitute to the Senate amendment to H.R. 2029.
