  • ensure that women have access to the best available health care and information, including comprehensive, affordable insurance coverage and health care that fosters safe childbearing;
  • ensure that women can make their own health care decisions;
  • prohibit employers or government entities from interfering with reproductive health care services guaranteed by law; and
  • guarantee the constitutionally protected right to safe, legal abortions.
