This bill amends the Safe Drinking Water Act by requiring the Environmental Protection Agency to establish a grant program that assists local educational agencies in replacing drinking water fountains manufactured prior to 1988 and located in schools. Grant recipients may also use funding for monitoring and reporting lead levels in the drinking water of schools.
