This bill authorizes the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to extend by six years the time period during which Okanogan County Public Utility District No. 1 is required to commence construction on the Enloe Hydroelectric Project located on the Similkameen River in Okanogan County, Washington.

In addition, FERC is authorized to reinstate the construction license if it is expired.
