Protecting School Meals from Fines Act
This bill prohibits the implementation of proposed Department of Agriculture regulations to establish criteria for imposing fines on school funding authorities, schools, and state agencies that are administering federal child nutrition programs and have: (1) failed to correct severe mismanagement of any program, (2) failed to correct repeated violations of program requirements, or (3) disregarded a requirement of which they have been informed.
