No Dollars for Iran Act

This bill prohibits the Department of the Treasury from issuing a license under any law, including the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations, that would permit a person to conduct offshore dollar clearing outside of the U.S. financial system for transactions that would involve or benefit the government of Iran or any Iranian person.
