Wounded Warrior Housing Reform Act of 2016

This bill amends the United States Housing Act of 1937, with respect to the determination of income of each member of a household applying for or receiving low-income rental assistance, to exclude from the income of an Armed Forces veteran any:

  • service-connected disability compensation, and
  • pension paid to a veteran age 65 or older.
