Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to arrange for the presentation of a Congressional Gold Medal to Joanne King Herring, and for the posthumous presentation of such a medal to Charles Wilson and Gustav Lascaris Avrakotos, in recognition of their personal sacrifice and service to the country.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell bronze duplicates of such medals at a price sufficient to cover the costs of the gold medals.
