Locality-based Social Security Benefits Act of 2015

This bill directs the Social Security Administration to increase the monthly benefit amount to which each individual is otherwise entitled under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act by the percentage determined by the President for the locality pay area in which the individual resides at the time of the increase.
