Obamacare Full Disclosure Act

This bill requires a form provided by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to group health plans and health insurers as a template for a cancellation notice to include specified information under specified circumstances. The form must include a statement that an enrollee's plan or coverage was cancelled because of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) if the plan or coverage was cancelled because it did not meet PPACA requirements or because of financial losses incurred due to PPACA requirements.
