District of Columbia Medicaid Reimbursement Act of 2015

This bill amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to increase the Medicaid federal medical assistance percentage (FMAP) for the District of Columbia from 70% to 80%. Under current law, a state's FMAP is based on its per capita income and may range from 50% to 83%.
