This bill amends the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to require notification of Congress at least 15 days after a reward is authorized under the Department of State's rewards for justice program.

Notification shall include information about the identity of the individual receiving the award, the reward's amount, the acts for which the reward is being made, and how the reward is being publicized.
