Commission on Americans Living Abroad Act of 2015

Establishes the Commission on Americans Living Abroad which shall conduct a study of how federal laws and policies affect U.S. citizens living abroad, including civilians and members of the Armed Forces.

Requires the head of any federal agency that is affected by a recommendation in the report required by this Act to submit a response to the President, Congress, and the Commission.
