Reducing Poverty through Employment Act

(Sec. 2) This bill amends part A (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) (TANF) of title IV of the Social Security Act to make it a purpose of the TANF program to reduce child poverty by increasing employment entry, retention, and advancement of needy parents.
