New Energy for America Act

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to extend: (1) the tax credit for residential energy efficient property expenditures through calendar year 2021; and (2) the energy tax credit for energy property, including solar energy property, qualified fuel cell property, qualified microturbine property, combined heat and power system property, and thermal energy property, the construction of which begins before January 1, 2022.
