Energy Assistance for American Families Act

This bill amends the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 to reauthorize the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program for FY2016-FY2020.

A state may use any allotment from funds appropriated for FY2016-FY2020 to assist households whose income does not exceed 75% of the state median income.
