(Sec. 1) This bill requires the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, upon request, to reinstate the construction license granted to Clark Canyon Hydro Company for the Clark Canyon Dam Hydroelectric Project located on the Beaverhead River in Beaverhead County, Montana.
Clark Canyon Hydro Company is required to commence construction on the project within three years.
