Keeping Social Security Solvent Act of 2015

Amends the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to the taxes on employment and self-employment compensation, to repeal the limit on the amount of compensation subject to such taxes (i.e., the contribution and benefit base, currently $118,500 in 2015).
