This bill amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend for 2016 through 2025 duty-free treatment of certain textile goods imported into the United States from Morocco.

Annual quantitative limitations are prescribed for the preferential tariff treatment of such goods imported into the United States during that period.
