Designates December 13, 2014, as Wreaths Across America Day.

Honors the Wreaths Across America project, the Patriot Guard Riders, the trucking industry, and all of the volunteers and donors involved in the tradition of placing remembrance wreaths at national cemeteries and veterans' memorials.

Recognizes the service and sacrifices made by veterans, members of the Armed Forces, and their families.
