Securing Assistance for Victims' Empowerment (SAVE) Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to: (1) eliminate the tax exemption for professional football leagues, and (2) deny a tax exemption for certain professional sports leagues which have annual gross receipts exceeding $10 million.
Amends the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act to provide for an increased authorization of appropriations in FY2015 for the family violence prevention and services grant program.
