Amends the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003 to extend from three to six years the frontier extended stay clinic demonstration project.

Sets April 15, 2014, as the deadline for the report to Congress on the project.

Makes appropriations for FY2013-FY2015 to the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) for Rural Health Research/Policy Development within the Office of Rural Health Policy to support frontier extended stay clinics.
