EDA Elimination Act of 2013 - Terminates the Economic Development Administration (EDA).

Repeals the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965.

Directs the Secretary of Commerce to take such actions as necessary and appropriate to conclude the outstanding affairs of the EDA, including dispositions of personnel, assets, and obligations.
