Allows specified amendments to the Agreement Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for Cooperation on the Uses of Atomic Energy for Mutual Defense Purposes to be brought into effect as if all requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 for congressional consideration of those amendments had been satisfied.

Subjects such amendments, upon coming into effect, to the requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, and any other applicable U.S. law, as if they had come into effect in accordance with those requirements.
