Foreign Assistance Accountability Act of 2014 - Directs the President to suspend the provision of U.S. foreign assistance to the Palestinian Authority (PA).

Authorizes the President to reinstate such assistance if the PA has stopped: (1) providing funds or rewards to terrorist organizations; and (2) working with terrorist organizations, including Hamas.
