Duckwater Shoshone Land Conveyance Act - Requires that approximately 25,977 acres of land in Nevada administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) be held in trust for the benefit of the Duckwater Shoshone Tribe as part of the Tribe's reservation.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to complete a survey of the boundary lines to establish the boundaries of the land taken into trust.

Prohibits class II or class III gaming on such land.
