Lawful Ivory Protection Act of 2014 - Amends the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to prohibit any regulation that goes in effect after February 24, 2014, from:

  • prohibiting or restricting the possession, sale, delivery, receipt, shipping, or transportation of elephant ivory that has been lawfully imported;
  • changing any methods of, or standards for, determining if ivory has been lawfully imported; or
  • prohibiting or restricting the importation or possession of ivory that was lawfully importable or possessable on that date.
